The latest version of Power BI Desktop supports information protection and can decrypt and open any encrypted PBIX file. Trying to install MS Office 2010 SP1, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel on a published Citrix XenApp 6.5 server desktop running Windows Server 2008 R2 with all of the latest patches.
